Global Senior Brand Manager – Premium Spirits (Innovation & Strategy)

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for premium spirits and a flair for innovation? We\’re looking for a visionary Global Marketing Manager to lead the charge on shaping, activating, and evolving a much-loved single malt whisky brand on the global stage.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio, drive innovation from concept to campaign, and deliver world-class brand experiences across channels and markets.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the heart of brand development, turning insight into action and translating long-term strategy into inspiring campaigns and toolkits for global markets. With a strong focus on innovation and omni-channel thinking, you’ll:
- Own and deliver the innovation pipeline from ideation to launch.
- Craft compelling global campaigns and distinctive brand toolkits.
- Define and manage packaging architecture and pricing guardrails.
- Champion digital-first, consumer-led brand thinking across all touchpoints.
- Enable regional teams to execute flawlessly through clear guidance and high-impact tools.
- Lead global brand planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
