The roles focus on engaging individuals who may be difficult to engage, coordinating care across community and criminal justice settings, and helping people achieve recovery goals.
Experience with substance use and, ideally, within or alongside criminal justice services is valued. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
