If you are a designer who has traded Figma for Claude Code, Cursor, or Google AI Studio, and you prefer seeing your designs live in code rather than static PNGs, keep reading. We are looking for a UI/UX Design Engineer to be the bridge between our product’s functionality and our brand’s aesthetic. This is a role for the "New Era" of design — where speed, AI prompting, and front-end literacy replace traditional, slow-moving graphic design workflows. At Drimify, we build gamified brand experiences that people love to interact with. Our goal is to give companies anywhere the power to create supercharged brand experiences for any audience, age group, or sector – without the need for coding skills.

Your sweet spot is at the intersection of Product Innovation and Marketing Automation. You won't just be creating visuals; you will be architecting the user journey for our SaaS platform and our global marketing presence. You will work alongside our existing design and marketing team to ensure Drimify remains at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design.

What You Will Do

  • Product Iteration (70%): You will use Claude Code, VS Code, and AI ecosystems to design and iterate on our SaaS platform and main website. Your output isn’t a mockup; it’s clean, functional Tailwind CSS and framework-ready components.
  • AI-Powered Marketing (30%): You will define smart, automated ways to create visuals. This includes setting up AI-powered Canva templates and automation workflows to mass-produce social media and web assets while maintaining 100% brand integrity.
  • Visual Asset Generation: You will leverage Midjourney, DALL-E, and other generative tools to create high-impact imagery that complements our game assets and brand narrative.
  • Design System Ownership: You will own the logic of our Design System, ensuring every UI element is coded into a scalable system that allows for rapid platform evolution.

Your Core DNA & Mindset

  • "Feedback is a Gift": This is a non-negotiable Drimify value. You don’t just accept feedback; you crave it. You view critique as the fastest way to sharpen your output and the team’s success.
  • The "Design-Coder": You have the eye of a veteran designer but the logic of a developer. You understand hierarchy, balance, and white space, but you speak in Tailwind and prompt logic.
  • The "AI-First" Architect: You find traditional design tools slow. You are obsessed with how AI can accelerate the bridge between a thought and a functional interface.

Your Operating Rhythm

  • Prompt Engineering: You live in the AI ecosystem, guiding LLMs to produce production-ready code and high-end visuals.
  • Collaborative Execution: You act as the glue between Marketing and Product, ensuring that an onboarding email sequence or a new SaaS dashboard component is both beautiful and functional.
  • Proactive Growth: You don’t wait for instructions. You are constantly looking for ways to automate manual design tasks and improve the user experience.

The "Anti-Profile" (Who should not apply)

  • The "Static Artist": If your first instinct is to open Figma to draw a box rather than prompting a component, this is not for you.
  • The "Silent Responder": If your typical response to deep feedback is "Ok, thanks" without further engagement or curiosity, you won’t thrive in our culture of radical candor.
  • The "Siloed Creative": Someone who wants to design in a vacuum without understanding the technical constraints or the commercial "why" behind the project.
  • The "Slow Mover": Someone who struggles with deadlines or disappears for 8 hours without delivery. We move fast and stay connected.

What We Are Looking For

  • AI Proficiency: Proven experience using LLMs (Claude, Gemini) and AI-coding tools to build UI.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Tailwind CSS and comfortable working within VS Code and different framework stacks.
  • Visual Precision: You have an instinctive grasp of visual balance, moodboards, and branding, even when using AI to generate the final result.
  • Engagement: A proactive team member who stays connected with the team and is "all in" on the Drimify mission.
