We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Superintendent to join our client's onshore operations team. This is a shore-based rotational position supporting deepwater mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational performance and safety assigned offshore drilling assets. Working closely with both offshore and onshore teams, this role ensures that operational objectives are met safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company standards and maritime regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned offshore drilling units.
- Ensure all marine activities are planned and executed safely and in compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Monitor rig performance and coordinate maintenance, logistics, and technical support functions.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning for assigned rig.
- Interface with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to maintain strong communication and operational alignment.
- Drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operations.
- Proven experience as a Marine Superintendent (or equivalent role) overseeing deepwater mobile offshore drilling assets.
- Previous offshore experience as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).
- Strong technical and operational understanding of offshore drilling systems, procedures, and safety management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
