We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist to join our team. Working directly with the UK Head of Operations and assisting the rest of the UK team with operations tasks as required, the role is to be the first point of contact with our Driver Partners, assisting and advising them regarding any issues that they encounter whilst completing a movement on behalf of Driiveme.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Driver Partners directly, assisting and advising on any issues as they arise
- General administrative tasks that assist the wider operations of the business
- Data entry, using Microsoft, Google and other software
- Handling emails, phone calls and messages from our customers, drivers and users
- Amending vehicle movement requests as necessary
- Relaying important information to drivers to ensure they can complete their work efficiently
- Monitoring and updating both internal and external platforms in a timely manner
- Supporting the Head of Operations and the wider business as required
- Daily and ad-hoc tasks
- Any other reasonable task as set by management
Key Requisites:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and familiarity with British working culture
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work with remote teams in a multinational environment
- Automotive industry and/or logistics industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement as full training will be given
- Home environment suited to remote working with a permanent setup
Education and Experience:
- GCSE or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year operational support experience (Preferred)
