Driftrock is seeking a Talent and People Manager to run our people function day to day and own recruitment end to end, from sourcing and interviewing through to onboarding, while making Driftrock a brilliant place to work.
You’ll own payroll across three systems, administer benefits, annual leave, and contract renewals, while ensuring processes are reliable, well-documented, and scalable. This role supports a remote-first, internationally distributed team.
