Driftrock is seeking a Talent and People Manager to run our people function day to day and own recruitment end to end, from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding, while making Driftrock a brilliant place to work. This is a fully remote UK role with a permanent, full-time contract and a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 plus share options.

You’ll own people operations, payroll, onboarding, contracts, and policy management, collaborating with the Head of Operations and team leads to scale our organisation.
