Driftrock is seeking an onboarding and success specialist to enable UK automotive retailers across the Driftrock platform.
You will run training sessions, monitor engagement, and coach users on lead qualification and reporting to maximize platform value.
In this fully remote role, you’ll analyse data to improve onboarding flows, resolve retailer questions, and feed insights back to the CS team and product group.
