Driftrock Limited is seeking a dedicated Talent Lead to own the people function end-to-end, shaping how we hire, grow, look after brilliant people, and help define culture as we scale. This is a fully remote, UK-based role reporting to Head of Operations.
You’ll manage recruitment and onboarding, payroll, contracts, and compliance with UK employment law, while building scalable processes and partnering with team leads to support a 45+ person team.
