Driftrock is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive retailer engagement and onboarding across the Driftrock platform.
You will train automotive retailers, monitor usage, and proactively support their onboarding journey to maximize value.
Based in the UK and able to work UK hours, you will build relationships with retailers, facilitate sessions, and help convert platform data into actionable insights for brands.
