We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already has every box ticked for Site Management. We’re looking for someone who wants to get there . Someone practical, switched on and comfortable on a drilling site. Someone who understands how projects work, isn't afraid to get hands-on when needed, and is ready to start taking more responsibility for people, programmes, clients and delivery. We’ll provide the experience, exposure and training you need to make that progression with us. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Working across Drift's drilling, groundwater and geothermal projects, you'll support the safe and effective day-to-day management of our sites. You'll work closely with our Operations and Project teams and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience develops, including: • Supervising site activities and personnel • Supporting project planning and delivery • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics • Maintaining high standards of H
