We are looking for a part-time receptionist at Drift Bridge Å koda / Audi. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing the dealership with professionalism and a friendly approach. This role is central to ensuring every visitor and caller receives a positive first impression of our business. From greeting customers and directing them to the right department to assisting with events and administrative tasks, you will help maintain a smooth and welcoming front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all visitors to the dealership, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the correct person or department.
- Assist with customer events and promotions when required.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to support the team.
- Cover staff absence due to sickness, holiday, and training when required.
About You
You are professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
