We are looking for an individual who has previous IT support experience, preferably in an Education setting. The successful postholder will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in an ICT role
- Experience of managing a team or guiding workload
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience of educational software would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
