DRI Property Solutions Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our growing team. This is a roofing led role covering pitched roofs, flat roofs, reactive repairs and planned works across domestic and commercial properties throughout West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Roofing will be your primary trade. However, during quieter roofing periods, you may be required to assist with general property maintenance works. We are ideally looking for someone based locally to our Brighouse area to support efficient daily mobilisation and travel.
This position is offered on a full time, temp-to-perm basis. We are also open to experienced individuals operating on a labour only subcontractor arrangement.
- Carry out pitched roof repairs (slate and tile)
- Flat roofing repairs and installations (felt / EPDM preferred)
- Diagnose roofing defects and provide practical solutions
- Lead small roofing jobs independently when required
Minimum 5 years roofing experience
- Strong background in reactive roofing repairs
- Experience with both pitched and flat roofing systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic joinery
