My international finance client is looking for a telephone collections agent with a European language to join their international debt management team and support debt recovery efforts both over the phone and by email.
Basic is up to £28k plus an OTE/bonus of £1,400 a month.
Ideally you would be:
- Fluent in English and a European language
- Comfortable with telephone calls with Italian clients to discuss debt management
- Arranging payments and discussing outstanding invoices
- Experienced with MS Office programs
- Familiar with database systems
- Basic understanding of finance and finance reports
