Our client is looking for several enforcement agents across London. Please apply only if you are certificated and have at least six months experience in the role.

You will play a vital role in upholding justice by executing High Court writs, supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
  • Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
  • Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
  • Represent our client with honesty, integrity, discretion, and fairness.

Must be Certified, with valid certificate.

You must have:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Clear DBS check
  • Minimum 6 months experience in an enforcement role
  • Understanding of enforcement operations, TCOGs, court proceedings
  • Excellent communication skills, and happy to wear approved recording devices
