My Manchester based client is looking for two experienced Paralegals to join their growing business. For this role, you must have at least 2 years experience in defended litigation / dispute resolution. Their offices are in central Manchester with easy access from mainline railway stations. Our Client is an SRA regulated law firm specialising in the recovery and enforcement of County Court Judgements.
Paralegal Role responsibilities:
- Managing defended litigation and dispute resolution cases
- Case management, document management, data entry and data analysis
- Legal research, typing of legal documents, preparing bundles and court work
- Working alongside the legal team and assisting with the responsibility for maintaining efficient systems
- Dealing with documents, updating and maintaining internal databases of claims and the firm's case management systems
- Assisting the legal team with the retrieval and analysis of information
- Progressing claims to a settlement stage
