Our client is looking for several enforcement agents across London. Please apply only if you are certificated and have at least six months experience in the role. You will play a vital role in upholding justice by executing High Court writs, supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
- Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
- Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
- Represent our client with honesty, integrity, discretion, and fairness.
Must be Certified, with valid certificate. You must have:
- Full UK driving licence
- Clear DBS check
- Minimum 6 months experience in an enforcement role
- Understanding of enforcement operations, TCOGs, court proceedings
- Excellent communication skills, and happy to wear approved recording devices
