Technical Sales Manager – Food Ingredients Remote
This is a chance to join a supplier of high-quality functional ingredients. The business in the UK is lean but is part of a global business.
The company supplies a wide range of functional ingredients including flavours, proteins, antioxidants, liquid/powder blends, yeast extracts, etc. The product range is constantly growing.
The role will work cross-category, with strong areas currently including bakery, nutrition, and savoury/ready to go.
The Role
- Build and maintain existing customer relationships
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities
- Introduce and promote new product offerings from principals
- Attend internal and key principal product application training
- Help customers with formulations utilizing the ingredient portfolio.
Ideal Candidate
- Commercial focus and acumen, possessing a solid technical background and commercial/sales experience.
- Possess a strong drive to seek out new opportunities and convert to sales
