As a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you will be required to perform system integration activities associated with process control systems (GX Works / Siemens PCS7 / Siemens TIA / Rockwell).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluating and providing technical estimations of hardware and engineering solutions against customer enquiries and specifications, to assist with the generation of control system tender returns and quotations.
- Generating control system designs and associated design documentation such as Functional Design Specifications and detailed design documents.
- Peer reviewing control system design documentation produced by other team members.
- Generating and modifying control system PLC software to meet the requirements of the agreed design.
- Performing site system integration activities at a customers site including control system setup and installation, dry commissioning, wet commissioning, site acceptance testing, operator training and handover.
- Provide supervision and leadership as part of a project team.
