Join our team as a Transport Administrator, supporting the Central Distribution Transport function and helping to keep our fleet operations running smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly every day.

  • Competitive salary: £13.09 hourly rate
  • Working closely with our maintenance partners to keep our vans and company cars fully compliant (MOT, tax, servicing) while keeping all records up to date
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy, raising orders, and keeping repair logs accurate and current
  • Being the first point of contact for queries - handling calls and supporting all vehicle-related requests
  • Pulling together KPI data and making sure reporting is always delivered on time
  • Keeping on top of congestion charges and ensuring all paperwork is filed and audit-ready
  • Supporting weekly fleet checks, including tracking VOR vehicles and hire cars
  • Carrying out regular Driver Licence checks to ensure full compliance
  • Ordering driver uniforms and supporting wider driver administration
  • Managing company car mileage records, including deductions and service reminders
  • Monitoring fuel usage, spotting any unusual activity, and managing fuel cards
  • Coordinating hire and lease vehicles, including raising orders and tracking usage
  • Keeping track of van movements across sites, ensuring all processes are followed correctly
  • Supporting the onboarding of new vehicles and the disposal of old ones, liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintaining insurance records and ensuring everything is up to date
  • Processing parking and speeding fines where required
  • Managing vehicle tracker fobs and ensuring they are issued correctly
  • Supporting month-end processes, including statement reconciliation
  • Ensuring all activities are compliant with Health & Safety and company standards
  • Getting involved in wider team support and taking on additional tasks when needed
