The job:
As part of our Retail team in Carmarthen for 20 hours a week, you will be vital to our store's success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.
Here's what you will do daily:
- Provide exceptional service to make customers feel at home, listening to their needs and guiding them.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences.
- Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our sleep technology to help customers find the right mattress.
- Maintain the store's appearance through housekeeping and updating displays.
