Behind every great Dreams delivery is a warehouse team that keeps everything moving. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll receive, organise and prepare products with care, helping make sure our customers' perfect beds reach them without a hitch.
How you'll help the nation sleep better
- Receive goods into the warehouse and check deliveries accurately against our systems and paperwork.
- Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care.
- Move Dreams delivery vehicles around the depot when required.
- Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards.

- Friendly, positive and ready to play their part in a supportive team.
- Comfortable with a hands-on, physical role that includes regular heavy lifting.
- Organised, reliable and able to stay calm when things do not go to plan.
- A clear communicator who builds great relationships with colleagues.
- Willing to learn, follow instructions and develop their warehouse knowledge.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- A full UK driving licence holder, as moving delivery vehicles within the depot is part of the role.
