We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to join our team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, proactive and confidential administrative support and assistance enabling both to maximise their time.
You will be instrumental in supporting complex diary management with conflicting requirements and deadlines. As well as supporting the CEO and CFO, you will have additional responsibility to assist their teams of direct reports involving expense administration, overseas travel arrangements and large team meeting coordination.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Act as the 'first point of contact' for the CFO and CEO, communicating effectively both in writing and verbally with key senior contacts and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proactive diary management, which will include arranging meetings and appointments, foreseeing potential clashes and dealing with them accordingly, cancelling and re-scheduling, giving apologies and dealing with internal and external requests for availability.
- Organise internal and external meetings and ensure rooms and facilities are booked.
- Prepare agendas, distribute high-quality minutes and actions as required.
- Monitor and manage emails for the CFO and CEO to ensure time is maximised.
