The job: We`re looking for a new Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join our Ecommerce team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is excited to be a part of our fast-paced, dynamic Ecommerce team. As an Ecommerce Trading Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. - Provide administrative support to the Ecommerce team by picking up a variety of different admin-based tasks that help with the day-to-day running of the website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and buying, to ensure a seamless operation
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with the commercial team to finalise offers and promotions that align with business objectives and customer preferences
- Proactively maintain and update information on the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Uphold a consistent look and feel and customer journey, creating a cohesive and engaging brand experience for customers
- Serve as a customer contact point, promptly and professionally answering internal and external customer questions
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to gather and analyse relevant market data, including competitor pricing strategies and product positioning
- Curate and maintain website content to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness, providing customers with a seamless and informative online shopping experience.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in website usability and conversion optimisation. Propose actionable strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative ecommerce strategies
- Demonstrate adaptability and proactiveness in performing a diverse range of administrative tasks as assigned. Contribute to maintaining an organised and efficient work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's ecommerce operations
