How you'll help the nation sleep better Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce. Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care. Communicate with line managers and office to keep athem informed of all operational progress.
