We`re owned by the world`s largest bedding provider, Tempur Sealy, with over 200 stores, 6 central warehouses and 12 delivery centres nationwide. You`ll join our expert team who deliver 14,000 mattresses, bases, and headboards every single week.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our distribution team at Dreams. As a Warehouse Operative, you`ll play a key role in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch. Your standard working week will be 38.75 hrs (excluding breaks), however you`ll be paid in accordance with total hours worked to allow for variations in daily routes. This includes working Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays!
Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day:
- Receiving goods into the warehouse
- Offloading and loading vehicles; including heavy lifting of products including mattresses, bedframes and sofa beds
- Checking deliveries on to systems, and checking & completing delivery paperwork
- Work to achieve daily targets
- Organising and prioritising the workload
- Assist with the smooth operation of the warehouse
