Working as part of our Retail team in Banbury, you will be a vital part of the store`s success. We want every store visit to be exceptional for our customers, so you`ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.
Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences. Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them. Helping to make the store look its absolute best, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays.
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary, you will need to have the determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets. A great night`s sleep is personal, so natural curiosity and willingness to learn will make you an excellent Bed Expert.
Flexible: You`ll need to be able to commit to working full time (38.5 hours per week). Our stores are awake 7 days a week, so you will be expected to work 5 out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.
