We are looking for a new Social Media & Influencer Executive to join our social media team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will develop first-class content to deliver industry-leading social media channels alongside growing our gifted influencer programme. You will grow all channels and platforms working collaboratively with your colleagues and agency partners as part of the Earned Marketing team. You will ensure all social creative and campaigns are planned, executed, and measured to deliver the department strategy. This role provides an opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a difference and shape our future social landscape.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Independently generate innovative content ideas across our key social channels; Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Facebook, ensuring content is social-first, trend-led and best in class.
- Star in content as a face and voice for the brand: must be confident on camera and comfortable travelling to different locations representing Dreams across multiple platforms.
- Take full ownership for concept ideation, production, editing, publishing, and tracking performance and learnings that will shape future content strategy.
- Film and capture a range of content across a variety of business locations for social media purposes.
- Lead on annual content calendar planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities and feeding back to the Social Media Manager for approval before execution.
- Manage our influencer program end to end, identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with partners and content creators to increase brand reach and earned media value.
- Provide ongoing support to the Social Media Manager across projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing teams ensuring social is consistently integrated.
- Proactively grow and manage employee and community brand advocacy across social, ensuring timely and on-brand responses.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports with actionable insights. Identifying weaknesses and possibilities communicating back to the Social Media Manager on adaptations that need to be made.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes, trends, competitor activity and tools (Sprout/Brandwatch), to keep on top of the social landscape.

- Skilled at fostering community engagement, UGC integration, and audience growth.
- Data driven thinker: you will know how to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, sharing frequent updates on social media and advocating for the department by always being aware of what’s current.
- Adaptability - you will be organised, un-phased by high pressure environments and able to balance planned campaigns with quick, reactive moments.
