The job: Working as part of our Retail team in Dunfermline, on a temporary 3 month contract for 30 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store`s success. We want every store visit to be exceptional for our customers, so you`ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Making our customers feel at home through exceptional service.
- Listening to customer`s needs and guiding them, asking the right questions at the right time to find the perfect fit.
- Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
- Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
- Helping to make the store look its absolute best, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays.
