Behind every great Dreams delivery is a warehouse team that keeps everything moving. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll receive, organise and prepare products with care, helping make sure our customers' perfect beds reach them without a hitch.
How you'll help the nation sleep better
Receive goods into the warehouse and check deliveries accurately against our systems and paperwork. Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care. Move Dreams delivery vehicles around the depot when required. Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards. The Person

We're dreaming of someone who's:
Friendly, positive and ready to play their part in a supportive team. Comfortable with a hands-on, physical role that includes regular heavy lifting. Organised, reliable and able to stay calm when things do not go to plan. A clear communicator who builds great relationships with colleagues. Willing to learn, follow instructions and develop their warehouse knowledge. Flexible with working hours, including weekends. A full UK driving licence holder, as moving delivery vehicles within the depot is part of the role. In return we offer you:
