The Role
Your dream role. Behind every great Dreams delivery is a warehouse team that keeps everything moving. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of designated operations and a small team who organise and prepare products with care, helping make sure our customers’ perfect beds reach them without a hitch.
How you’ll help the nation sleep better
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames, and sofa beds safely and with care.
- Communicate with line managers and office to keep them informed of all operational progress.
- Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards.
