Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? Dreams & Sofatime are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution team in Belfast. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading from the front and helping a busy operation run smoothly. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Duncrue operation. From coordinating stock movement and vehicle loading to supporting and coaching the team, you'll help ensure our products leave the warehouse safely, accurately and on time ultimately helping us delight our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the vehicle loading process, ensuring products are correctly wrapped, labelled, loaded and secured for delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of stock.
- Support the Warehouse Management team in maintaining high standards across the Distribution operation.
- Lead, coach and support the team, providing clear direction and helping colleagues deliver consistently high standards.
- Allocate daily tasks effectively, taking account of operational priorities and individual team capabilities.
- Maintain high standards across the Duncrue complex, including warehouse areas, security, housekeeping and general site upkeep.
- Challenge poor standards and take action to ensure vehicles, stock and warehouse areas are maintained appropriately.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting hazards, faults and near misses promptly.
- Take ownership of issues and work quickly and effectively to keep the operation running smoothly.

Essential Criteria
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Valid forklift licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Physically capable of carrying out a hands-on warehouse role, including the safe handling of heavy and bulky products.
