What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering and collecting furniture safely and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring products are loaded, secured, wrapped, and transported with care to arrive in perfect condition.
- Leading and supporting your driver's mate, ensuring excellent customer interactions throughout the delivery journey.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keeping your vehicle clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Reviewing delivery routes and adapting plans where necessary, including during adverse weather conditions.
- Driving safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with legal requirements, tachograph regulations, and company policies.
- Taking ownership of each delivery, including careful placement of products within customers' homes.
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or delivery concerns promptly.
- Maintaining delivery equipment and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
