- What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and collect furniture safely and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure products are loaded, secured, wrapped, and transported with care to arrive in perfect condition.
- Lead and support your driver’s mate, ensuring excellent customer interactions throughout the delivery journey.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep vehicle clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Review delivery routes and adapt plans where necessary, including during adverse weather conditions.
- Drive safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with legal requirements, tachograph regulations, and company policies.
- Take ownership of each delivery, including careful placement of products within customers’ homes.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or delivery concerns promptly.
- Maintain delivery equipment and ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
