Own the social media strategy, execution, and performance across all digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings for our cruise travel products. The role requires equal parts creativity, analytical skill, and commercial awareness, turning content into measurable sales impact.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with commercial goals, campaigns, and booking targets.
  • Define and manage clear content pillars (destinations, experiences, onboard life, offers) to drive brand authority and inspiration.
  • Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, video) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create monthly content calendars with strong call-to-action alignment (traffic, lead generation, bookings).
  • Manage daily community engagement, including comments, messages, and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with cruise line partners on co-branded campaigns, influencer activity, and user-generated content.
  • Track and analyse KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, conversions, ROI) and optimise performance based on insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear learnings, recommendations, and next steps.

Your profile

  • Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, ideally in travel, tourism, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong content creation skills, with a good eye for visuals, copy, and platform-specific storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and translating insights into action.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how social content drives traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (organic-first, paid a plus).
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Paid Media, CRM, Design, Product, and Customer Service teams.
  • Experience working with influencers, partners, or co-branded campaigns.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
