We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help build integrated marketing campaigns at the intersection of music, entertainment, brands, and culture. This is a hands-on role for an ambitious, culturally fluent marketer who is passionate about the Latin cultural ecosystem and understands how it moves from discovery to consumption to sustained engagement.
The right person is equally comfortable developing an idea, building a deck, solving a problem, managing details, and getting into the weeds to make magic happen. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile projects spanning music, food, entertainment, and consumer brands, working alongside a team that develops creative, integrated marketing programs designed to connect brands with audiences in meaningful and culturally relevant ways.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across music, entertainment, food, and consumer brands.
- Help turn cultural insights, audience behaviours, and emerging trends into compelling marketing ideas.
- Contribute to campaign strategy, creative development, presentations, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate across internal teams, clients, creative partners, talent, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Help manage projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring details, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track.
- Research artists, audiences, platforms, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities to inform our work.
- Develop decks, briefs, research, and other materials that bring ideas and strategies to life.
- Stay deeply connected to social and digital culture, with a particular understanding of Latin culture and the Latin music ecosystem.
- Bring a proactive point of view to the work rather than simply waiting for direction.
- Jump into whatever needs solving, from big-picture strategic questions to the small details that make a campaign work.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, entertainment, music, media, brand partnerships, or a related field.
- A strong integrated marketer who understands how strategy, creative, talent, social, digital, partnerships, and experiential can work together.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of Latin culture and the nuances of different Latin markets and audiences.
- Deeply passionate about music, entertainment, and culture, and naturally curious about what is happening across them.
- Highly attuned to cultural and social trends - you're the person who knows what people are talking about and, more importantly, understands why it matters.
- Social and digitally fluent, with a strong understanding of how audiences discover, engage with, and share content.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be told what to do at every step.
- Ambitious, intellectually curious, and eager to grow.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities can shift and the answer isn't always clear. Previous startup experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A strong communicator and collaborator who is comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders.
- Social, energetic, and comfortable building relationships.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work on ambitious, culturally relevant marketing programs. You'll be given meaningful responsibility early, with the opportunity to work across strategy, creative, partnerships, talent, social, digital, and execution - and to grow quickly as a marketer by working across different categories, audiences, and challenges. We're looking for someone who is hungry, curious, culturally fluent, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
