You are a dedicated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with internal teams, key retailers, and external stakeholders. You know how to drive cross-functional initiatives and align marketing strategies with business goals—specifically through the lens of the UK high street and grocery multiples.
Key Responsibilities- Trade Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of local trade marketing plans tailored to UK market conditions and consumer behaviour. Adapt global brand campaigns for local retail partners, ensuring resonance with British shoppers.

Liaise with retail buyers and merchandising teams to secure prime POS locations and ensure flawless execution.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, trade promotions, and market trends across the UK retail landscape. Provide actionable insights to ensure our products remain competitive against both legacy brands and DTC disruptors.

Provide necessary marketing collateral, ranging from shelf-edge tickets to digital assets, to drive sales during promotions or activations.
- In-Store Promotions & Activations: Support the planning and execution of in-store promotional activities, product displays, and demo events. Enhance brand visibility through strategic placement and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back to School, Black Friday, Christmas trading).
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for the UK, ensuring activities are cost-effective and provide a strong return on investment (ROI) against sales targets.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on the performance of trade marketing campaigns using key performance indicators such as sales growth, retailer compliance, market share, and promotional effectiveness. Use data to refine future activations and strengthen retailer relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
