Overview

A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks an experienced and commercially talented M&E Project Manager to join their exciting planned growth and continued success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of M&E installations in new build commercial and industrial units, including sheds, warehouses, distribution centres, office blocks and data centres.
• Plan, budget and schedule projects up to £20 million, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with main contractors, specialist subcontractors and in‑house engineering teams.
• Conduct client‑facing meetings, maintaining integrity, professionalism and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Project Manager and liaise regularly with site managers, supervisors and installation engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in M&E / Building Services project management with direct experience delivering commercial and industrial schemes.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering projects of similar scale.
• Experience working with main contractors and subcontracted specialist teams.
• Commercially minded, mechanically and electrically skilled, with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client‑facing environment and maintain professionalism.
