We seek a talented Electrical Estimator to work on containment installation schemes ranging between £10M-£20M+.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide detailed and completed tenders including installation times and review projects after completion for quality and accuracy.
- Produce accurate take‑offs/measures of tenders and use estimating software to ensure the prime cost of the project is fully understood.
- Vet suppliers and subcontractor enquiries; work with specialist subcontractors and assess quotations.
- Stay evidence‑based on market price trends and competition to consistently produce competitive estimates.
- Communicate clearly and work methodically as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial and industrial electrical estimating for buildings; fit‑out or construction‑related estimating background also accepted.
- Experience with containment installation schemes and understanding of projects for offices, data centres, warehouses, distribution centres and industrial sheds.
