A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation background to join their award-winning business and exciting planned UK National growth to continue success in 2026.
Candidates sought must be able to commute to or are based in or near to the Bicester / Oxfordshire area. You will be an 'off the tools' Manager being present on site working, coordinating and checking off electrical installation works; such projects could range from £1.5M-£20M+.
We seek true professionals with direct electrical site management or electrical site supervisory experience, capable and previously skilled managing on site installations into new build commercial and industrial buildings i.e. industrial sheds for distribution and warehousing, data centres, hospitals, purpose-built industrial buildings / industrial sheds for manufacturing etc.
Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience as an Electrical Site Manager OR Electrical Site Supervisor in the delivery of electrical installations and electrical related services you would expect to find in these environments.
You will be competent with a proven track record in managing Electrical Engineers / Electricians, Supervisors / Foremen and working on site schemes of this level. Whilst they have their own teams of electrical installations engineers on the ground, you will also work with other specialist sub-contractors, electrical engineers and electricians to undertake some elements of these installs.
