We are hiring experienced Commi Chefs to work at a client restaurant. Experience is mandatory.

  • Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, portioning) as per kitchen requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines consistently.
  • Support the team during busy service periods.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.
  • Comply with health & safety and company policies.
