This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wedding Event Planner. The Wedding Event Planner will be responsible for organizing and coordinating wedding decor packages, managing every detail from conception to completion. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling events, liaising with clients and vendors, managing budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting issues. The role requires working collaboratively from our Birmingham office, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. You will be required to travel to site visits to meet clients and also shadow the build teams on their set ups so you understand the logistics and operational side to the business. This role does focus heavily on creativity and a clear understanding of current and upcoming trends and themes within the wedding industry. Matching and applying our current inventory of stock to build up packages with clients who have a keen eye for detail and expect to be amazed with what we create.

Qualifications:

  • Event Planning and Wedding Planning skills
  • Experience in Planning and Budgeting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in event or wedding planning is highly desirable
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
