Dream Medical is a Primary Care specialist company focusing on finding lucrative locum and permanent opportunities for qualified Nurses, AHPs, HCAs, and GPS. We are providing nursing cover in the Somerset area to large organisations such as law firms and factories to administer the flu vaccination in the latter part of the year. This is a flexible locum opportunity that you can fit around your existing schedule.
We vaccinate nationwide in all parts of the UK from the end of September to around mid-December. We stock approximately 25,000 vaccines and work with around 400 different clients nationwide. Nurses are expected to administer 16 flu vaccines per hour. Minimum 3‑hour clinics are offered, with 25p per mile if you are asked to travel between sites. The role promises a lucrative rate of pay and a one‑to‑one consultancy. All vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins, and documents will be on site in a temperature‑regulated box for the nurse upon arrival.
Requirements:
- NMC registration and PIN
- Occupational Health Nursing / Practice nursing experience
- Immunisation clinical update
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
