Salaried GP required in Bedford for 9 sessions per week at a salary of £90,000 plus MDU and Pension. The position is based in a purpose-built GP Surgery with fantastic commuter routes from London & Bedfordshire and a diverse patient list.
The surgery has no extended hours or weekend commitments at present, with a maximum of 1 home visit a day. It caters to registered patients only, with a manageable patient list size of 5600. The surgery is well-run, with ample support functions and strong links to Bedford Hospital. It has been rated as ‘GOOD' by the CQC and has exceptional QoF Scores.
The Surgery uses System One and is accredited paper light, bringing it up to date with all computer systems to aid your work on a day-to-day basis. You will be replacing a retiring GP and will have a full quota of nursing and support staff to make your job as seamless as possible.
The salary on offer is competitive for the area, at £90,000 per annum plus MDU and Pension. Additional benefits include:
