We are looking for a RGN Nurse to work within a Residential Home setting. You will be working alongside a friendly team providing round the clock care and support to each individual resident, ensuring an excellent standard of care is delivered at all times. You will be responsible for young adults and elderly with a range of Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and Dementia.
You will administer medicine, create/follow care plans, give CPR/BLS, administer injections and complete wound care and dressings as part of this role.
We welcome applications from nurses from all kind of backgrounds; whether you\’re a community nurse, care home nurse, ward nurse or a practice nurse looking for their next challenge.
You must:
– Be up to date with immunisations and mandatory training
– Have an enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
– Be patient, approachable and reliable
– Have NMC registration with valid pin
