Dream Medical are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a long term locum placement until April within a Modern GP surgery. The practice is easily accessible via public transport and is in a central location.
You will be working alongside a friendly team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and ANPs to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care and support.
You must be up to date with the following:
- Asthma reviews
- Baby Immunizations
- Diabetes
- Cytology
- Chronic diseases
- COPD reviews
- Spiro
- Travel vaccinations
- B12 & other injections
- Care plans for dementia
- Elderly checks
Your role will be basic Practice Nurse Duties as well as offering health promotional advice such as Smoking Cessation and Weight loss advice.
You must:
- Have an enhanced DBS within 1 year of issue
- Have relevant experience and qualifications
- Be registered with NMC with Valid pin
