My prestigious client is looking to recruit an organised individual to take on a dual role of Deputy Manager / qualified RGN/RMN on a permanent basis. Shifts will be confirmed at the interview process.
The company is extremely impressive and a very rare opportunity has arisen due to organic growth within the company. The successful candidate will be working within an impressive care home based in Herefordshire which has just completed a stunning refurbishment programme throughout the building.
You will provide first-class care to elderly patients, looking after their needs as well as having the ability to manage a team of HCAs.
