Permanent Practice Nurse Wolverhampton
£35,000 p/a

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton who are currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent full-time and duties are as follows:

You will be working as part of a team alongside GP\’s, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
2. The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
3. Child and adult immunisations
4. Cervical Cytology
5. Diabetes
6. Asthma and COPD monitoring
7. Family planning
8. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
9. Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
10. Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations

Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
