Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
Salary: £35,000 p/a (negotiable and dependent on experience).

Responsibilities and duties include:
- Working as part of a team alongside GP's, nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management.
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
- Child and adult immunisations.
- Cervical Cytology.
- Diabetes.
- Asthma and COPD monitoring.
- Family planning.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services.
- Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations.
